Users can view applicant counts and student information by program, location, gender and student categories and can make approval or rejection decisions. The portal also provides functionalities for downloading applicant information, uploading documents on behalf of students, and accessing summary reports.
The institution portal supports two types of users: General users and Approvers. General users can view applicant information and use all functionalities except making admission decisions. The authority to approve or reject applications lies solely with the approvers. This ensures that only approvers can make final admission decisions.
